Valid Level 1 code: you join that Creator’s network as Level 2 immediately.
No referral code: most Creators become Level 1 immediately. If this campaign has referral review turned on and you select “Another Creator” without a valid code, the Merchant/Admin will review it.

Campaigns are filtered to your selected country. A valid referral code selects the country automatically.
